We are starting this platform so we can build a stronger community for dog training, dog wellness and nutrition, it will be a place for Q&A community, problem solving, and getting assistance from others that are like minded and want to build a strong bond with their dog. As well, this will be a place for ALL things dog related, list of public dog friendly establishments, dog friendly festivals and arts markets, dog related stores, groomers, vets, and boarding recommendations. Feel free to ask any questions about dog training, detection, protection, behavioral issues, dog maintenance, wellness, nutrition, grooming, health checks, development, service dog and therapy dogs, are just a few examples.

We had a great experience with Lee over the last few months. He was incredibly patient with our 8-year-old daughter and took the time to explain everything in a way that made her feel comfortable and confident while she was training her puppy to be her service dog. He was extremely knowledgeable and to the point. highly recommend Lee to anyone looking for a great dog trainer in the northeast fl area ! 🐾

My dog used to chase trucks, vans, etc. Anything bigger than a Fiat would send her into spinning on her leash-twisting, snarling, and lunging at them. She ran after them a few times as well, attacking the tires and trying to run them off the road-all nine pounds of her. Lee taught me how to stop that behavior, and now the garbage trucks are able to rumble past peacefully. I have learned how to keep her in her lane, and enjoy pleasant walks. She has also ceased her desire to chase them out of the neighborhood…because I now have the knowledge to stop this behavior before it starts.

My Duchess was a rehome last December 2025. She air nipped everyone from lack of trust. My husband kept telling me to get rid of her but I couldn’t. I had hope and a lot of it. When I discovered Leash and Beyond K9 Solutions my world changed. Duchess and I are partners now full of love and respect for each others boundaries. Lee opened my eyes in many ways. If anyone out there has a problem dog please please contact them.

I sent my first GSD away for three weeks for training because I had young children and I did not know how to work with a big dog (we previously had Jack Russells). When we got Bartlet from a rescue, we knew that we now had the time and desire to train WITH him. I searched the internet and found Leash & Beyond and knew that it was going to be a great fit. Lee was always communicative (which is a BIG thing for me!). He never made me feel like I didn’t know what I was doing- always empowered me to figure it out together with him and Bartlet. At first, I was intimidated because of my own insecurities around dog training. Later, I learned to laugh through them. Our favorite and most used command is PLACE (such a useful skill when out to dinner!).
We have already recommended Leash & Beyond and will continue to do so. We are much more confident dog owners because of him.

Leash & Beyond were awesome when it came to training my 2 large dogs on how to behave in public and having not only myself but my 13 year old special needs daughter be able walk both of them at the same time on separate leashes. Before going to them for training I couldn’t walk our dogs by myself without them reacting to other dogs in the area and with each other and practically pulling my arms off… Now they are well mannered and behaved. Lee really knows his stuff! I recommend them to everyone!

I recently completed a 10‑week Basic Obedience and Intro to Off‑Leash program with Lee for my Doberman puppy, Ghost, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Throughout our time together, Lee taught me a wide range of techniques that helped Ghost master essential commands like sit, down, place, here, stay, down, heel, and even “middle.”

What I really appreciated was that our sessions weren’t limited to one environment. We trained in a variety of public places, which helped build Ghost’s confidence and reliability—on and off leash.

One moment that absolutely blew my mind was at South Beach Park in Jax Beach: Lee had me place Ghost in a sit at one end of a soccer field, walk all the way to the opposite end, and then give the “here” command. Ghost crushed it on the first try. It was incredible to see how much progress he made.

Lee’s knowledge feels endless, and I truly valued his honesty—especially when it came to correcting my own mistakes. He never hesitated to point out what I needed to improve, and that made a huge difference in Ghost’s success.

Overall, I’m extremely grateful for Lee’s expertise, patience, and guidance. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to build a strong training foundation with their dog.
